在中职数学教学如何利用中小组合作学习 如何在课堂教学中实施小组合作学习

1、要处理好教师的角色意识，及时对合作过程实施调控
在合作学习中，学生学习方式的转变首先是通过教师的角色变化来实现的。合作交往中教师的主要行为表现在倾听、交流、协作、分享，教师应成为学生学习的向导和促进者，有时还是学习的合作者，因而教师在合作学习中同时扮演了权威、顾问、同伴三种角色。教师应针对班级、小组的具体情况，用恰当的语言，对学生作出交往策略的指导与评价，充分展示各种问题的形成过程与解决过程。同时，教师还应注意每个学生的参与度，及时作出指导和调节，促成高效的互动过程。
2、营造和谐平等的氛围，可以从师生互爱、生生互爱、人格平等、教学民主等四个方面来实现。
师生互爱：爱是学生的基本心理需求，爱是形成良好师生关系的核心。“没有爱就没有教育”。教师是学生掌握知识发展个性的导航者和引路人，教师在教学中要以诚待生，以情育人。在合作学习中，如果达不到师生互爱，有些学生就可能出现不喜欢老师所教学科，也就不可能促进组内全员合作学习的效果。因为老师布置的学习任务，个别同学或几个同学就可能不按老师要求去办，这样组内其它成员或组长必然出面干涉，由此就可能激发组内成员之间的矛盾，影响小组合作学习。
生生互爱：在合作学习中，生生互爱显得尤为重要。因为合作学习是以小组为单位进行学习的，而小组间的各成员是异质的，在学习过程中强调相互影响，共同探究，共同提高。只有生生互爱，才会相互尊重，相互帮助，相互促进，避免优生一言堂，差生闲着玩，甚至出现优生瞧不起差生，排挤差生的现象。“智者多虑必有一失，愚者千虑必有一得”，在合作学习中，生生互爱，相互尊重，人人都认真对待他人意见，就会达到人人都想说，敢说；人人都想做，敢做。达到人人都在原有的基础上得到一定的提高。
人格平等：在合作学习的环境中，各动态因素之间在人格上应该是平等的，无论是教师与学生之间，还是学生与学生之间都应该是平等的。只有师生之间的关系平等了，教师才会融入每个合作学习小组之中，把自己当作学生中的一员，倾听学生意见，尊重学生的观点，学生才敢把老师当作朋友，坦露直言。因此，人格平等有助于培养同学之间的合作意识，合作精神，有利于促进同学之间学习的共同提高，也有助于小组合作学习的实施。
教学民主：教学民主，在合作学习教学过程中，主要体现为“观点开放”和“教学对话”两种。 “观点开放”即除了原则性很强的是非问题之外，对许多争论性的、假说性的、未有定论的、尚有分歧的各种观点，应持开放性的态度。这不仅是一种教学民主，而且是一种科学态度，它能让学生从小适应各种不同观点及争论环境，激发他们追求真知的欲望，达到“百家争鸣，去粗取精，去伪存真”的目的。“教学对话”即在课堂教学中，实现适合学生心理特点的活动。主要采用学生在合作学习中，相互提问，发表个人不同见解，并以此作为人共同对话的理由和动机。教师要尽可能在“同一等级上”，在事先未确定的道路上开展语言交流活动。
二、培养学生良好的合作学习习惯，是有效实施小组合作学习的重要前提
良好的合作习惯培养是合作学习的重要前提，小组合作学习的目的是让人人参与学习的全过程，使学生学会与人合作交流，从学习中得到成功的喜悦。
1、要使合作有效，合作交流前就一定要有时间与空间让学生自主探索
培养学生学会自主探索。因为只有建立在自主探索的基础上，学生对所合作的问题才能有一个较深层次的认识和看法，合作过程中才能不断地将自己的思维与同伴进行交流、比较。如上例“轴对称图形的性质”探索中，教师让学生先通过折一折、比一比、想一想，再在小组中交流，事实上就是要让学生先进行独立地观察和思考，这样对这些图形的共性就有了初步的感知和独立的见解，再交流时就能各抒己见。
2、学会交流与倾听。
合作中，同学之间最大的问题是不能容纳别人的意见，为此，教师应参与到小组学习中去，引导学生在合作中学会二听一思一讲：一听是指要认真听取每个同学的发言；二听是指要听出别人的发言要点，培养收集信息的能力；一思是指听后须作思考，提出自己的见解；一讲是指要把自己的观点、看法清晰地表达给小组成员。 3、学会反思与调整 。
合作后的反思与调整是学生的思维在经过合作中碰撞后的一次内化与升华。由于每一个学生都有自己的认知结构，从而导致了学生在学习中所获得的信息各有差异，合作学习就是要利用这种差异，通过师生、生生之间的协商、交流、讨论，经整理后形成解决方案。每个个体在与其他同学的成果和观点进行对比分析的同时，应认识到自己（或对方）想法的局限性和对方（或自己）想法的合理性，检验自己学习成果的准确性与有效性。
